Privacy policy

## What we collect
- Online estimate: your answers to the questionnaire. They contain no name and no address.
- Contact details: name and phone number. If you provide them, also company, job address and a message. We ask for these after showing the price range, and only if you choose to leave them.
- Reviews: the name you want displayed, the company, the rating and the text.
- Technical data: a fingerprint of your IP address, transformed so that the address cannot be recovered. It is used only to limit repeated submissions.
We ask for nothing else. There are no "just in case" fields.
## What we use them for
- Preparing your estimate and getting back to you.
- Publishing the reviews you allow us to publish.
- Protecting the site against automated submissions.
Nothing is used for advertising. Nothing is sold or traded.
## Your consent
Consent boxes are never pre-checked, and you can get an estimate without leaving any contact details. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to confidentialite@haxentretien.ca: we then delete your information, except what the law requires us to keep.
## How long we keep them
Requests and estimates are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Published reviews stay online until you ask for their removal. Reviews we do not publish are deleted.
## Who else has access
The site runs on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure: hosting, database, image storage and bot protection. That network includes servers located outside Quebec, so your information may be processed there. No other third party has access.
We send no email from this site and we run no newsletter.
## Your rights
You can ask to access your information, correct it, delete it, withdraw your consent, or receive a copy in a usable format. Write to confidentialite@haxentretien.ca. We answer within 30 days.
## Security and incidents
Access to the administration panel is password protected, with progressive lockout of attempts, and traffic goes over an encrypted connection. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information.
## Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The effective date is shown at the top of the page.
