## Purpose
This site presents the services of HAX Services d’Entretien and lets you request an estimate. By using it, you accept the conditions below.
## Estimates are not firm offers
The range shown by the online estimator is calculated from what you tell us. It is there to give you a ballpark figure and does not constitute a firm offer. The final price is set after an on-site visit, based on the actual work required. An estimate stays valid for the number of days shown on its page.
## Accuracy of the information
We keep the content up to date, but an error or a delayed update is possible. Information on the site does not replace an on-site assessment.
## What we ask of you
- Provide accurate information in the forms.
- Do not use the site to send illegal, misleading or mass automated content.
- Do not try to reach the administration panel or get around its protections.
## Published reviews
Reviews come from people who write to us and are published after checking. We may correct the form without changing the meaning, refuse a review or remove it. We publish no invented reviews, and the overall rating is calculated from the published ones.
## Ownership of the content
The texts, images and graphic elements of the site belong to HAX Services d’Entretien unless stated otherwise. You may quote them with the source credited; you may not reuse them commercially without written agreement.
## Links to other sites
When we link to another site, we are not answerable for its content or its practices.
## Limit of liability
We run the site with care, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Our liability does not extend to indirect damages related to the use of the site.

These conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec. The courts of the district of Quebec have jurisdiction.
