The company
About us
HAX cleans construction sites once the work is done, in the Quebec City area. We work with contractors, property managers and owners.
How we grow
HAX started from a simple fact: when a construction site is finished, dust is everywhere and nobody wants to deal with it. That is the work we chose to do.
We began with post-construction and post-renovation cleaning. It is the core of the trade and where we are most useful: a dusty space becomes a space ready to hand over.
Recurring contracts come next. The manager who calls us once for a site calls back for the upkeep of the common areas. It is the same relationship, continued.
The rest is added as demand grows: exterior maintenance, snow removal, landscaping upkeep. Every service appears on this site with its real status, and we do not advertise work we cannot carry out.
How we work
Every site is visited or described in detail before we give a price. We look at the surface, the condition of the premises, how many people are needed and the time involved.
- A price based on the real work, not on a rough number of hours
- No extra work carried out without your approval
- Equipment and products made for site finishing
- A team that knows what general contractors require
